Yes! the whole day i didn't touch rice. I ate fruits and vegetables that i prepared myself. I start drink "limau nipis" 2 times a day. Once early morning and secondly before i go to bed.
I also want to decipline to
1)eat only fruit till 12.00 noon.
2)Get sources of Carbohidrate from orginal sources (such fruits,vege,fresh penuts, etc)
3)practise to eat correct combinaton of food ( not combine protien & carbo at a time)
4)To think eating as a supliment to my body instead of fullfill my desire.
5)To respect my digestion machine
